Already have some improv experience and looking to develop your skills? This course has a rolling curriculum so can be taken multiple times with each run offering different classes in a wide variety of skills for short and longform improv. Classes can cover anything from deeper characterisation, using silence and staying present, to honing specific types of short-form games. We'll be announcing the full line-up of classes over the summer. Can't commit to the whole course? You can also attend this course on a drop-in basis (£10 per session).
Always wanted to try stand-up comedy but don't know where to start? This is the comedy course for you! Develop your material, hone your comedic voice and write your first five minute set with this course. This course will help you refine your material, explore ways of generating ideals, and discover your comedic persona. Whether you want to start gigging and trying out material or just want to build confidence in public speaking, this safe and supportive course is for you!

In this intensive 5-hour workshop, you’ll explore the Chicago approach to long-form narrative musicals—building authentic characters, discovering relationships, and letting songs emerge naturally as the story unfolds. Together we’ll create musicals that are funny, heartfelt, and completely improvised from a single suggestion.
